My wellness journey didn’t begin with a grand plan — it began with wanting to feel better and make healthier choices that actually fit real life. Today, I share what I’ve learned as a Wellness Educator and Digital Wellness Publisher through my Pulsar Living YouTube channel and as Co-Leader of the Health Wellness Club of The Villages, Florida. I focus on practical strategies, trusted resources, and wellness tools that my family and I personally use — because I believe real guidance comes from experience, not hype.
